As one of our first hires, you won’t get tasks.
You’ll get problems to own end-to-end:
Build operational clarity from scratch
Turn raw ideas into processes, structure the unstructured, and set up systems that scale across product, ops, and GTM.
Shape the company’s day-to-day reality
Keep the right things moving. If it’s important and “nobody owns it yet”, grab it.
Drive commercial and GTM work across functions
Including customer, founder support, investor relations, internal ops, GTM.
Take ownership of projects
You don’t just “help out.” You will have 100% ownership of your projects. You will be accountable. You will drive outcomes.
You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with my co-founders and me!
