Your role

You’ll sit at the intersection of design, product, and customer success.

You’ll help teach our AI model to understand brand identities and systems, so it can generate higher-quality, on-brand work.

This is not a “make pretty visuals” role.

This is about scaling design.

What you'll do

• Help our AI model understand brand identities and systems (by translating brand inputs into structured guidance and feedback)
• Review and improve generated design outputs
• Push quality across typography, layout, and visual consistency
• Help define what “on-brand” actually means in a systemized way
• Collaborate closely with founders on product and design direction
• Continuously refine workflows to improve speed and output quality
