The doing curve > the learning curve.

I’m one of the founders and CTO of blind.

I don’t care what you studied. I care what you ship.

We’re an early-stage company being assembled in real time. Your ability to step into chaos, build clarity, and move things forward matters more than any credential.

As a Working Student Engineer, you won’t just observe, you’ll contribute to real product decisions, real infrastructure, and real shipped features. Your ability to step into ambiguity, take ownership of problems, and move things forward matters more than your GPA.

This is founder side-by-side, zero-to-one, first-hire territory.

Your role

As a Working Student Engineer, you’ll support and gradually take ownership across core parts of our platform. You’ll work directly with me and the founding team, contribute to architecture discussions, and ship production code. This is not a “ticket factory” internship. This is early-career leverage most people don’t get.

What you'll do

Over time, you’ll increasingly own parts of the system end-to-end.
